    Is their a magic secret in Renewal of Ro to get decent dps without Den2 runes or Monolith rune?

    Crit Bonus over cap is the secret to all dps right now. No matter what class you are.
    - use at least 4 better 5 items with CB over cap
    - make everyone run pain links
    - plaster your gear with tinkered CB temp adorns (injector)
    - equip both old and new Field Medic runes
    - CB bardings
    - choose your group setup to buff more CB and CB oc

    It's also called Field Medic. And yes, you can stack the static and clicky versions.
