I have achieved Planar level 2 on this item and find it impossible to believe after all the effort you have made to change to orange slots as well as an item that requires RAID effort and 5 items to create that you INTENTIONALLY left off the orange slot - the stats aren't so impressive to replace any of them much less give up one
