Has anyone else seen this work i havent seen this item trigger one time since the patch....anyone else having this issue?
It is working. At least it was as of yesterday. I finally checked my logs after the update and on every heal spell, there is a chance for it to proc. I believe your logs will show the proc on it called "blessing of focus". I actually had my ACT sound off every time it procced and during a 5-6 minute fight it went off about 10 times for me. Of course, I was in the MT group with luck of the dirge and blessings up, so that made it proc quite a bit.
