Scarstone Norrath travel bell

    I've been trying to finish the tradeskill quest lines, and I noticed there is a travel bell in Scarstone. However, there is an NPC who says 'move along you can't use this yet'.

    So what's the deal? Do I have to do a quest? Is it a secret? I did try to look it up on a couple Cobalt Scar pages but they mention the Globe of Swift Travel and the Griffin lands south in the zone. I've never seen a travel bell they won't let you use so I'm curious.

    It becomes useable when you've done either all or most of the adventure questline (can''t remember exactly when - but I think its a little before the end of the questline) - don't know if it becomes useable at the end of the crafting questline

    Ok now I know and that info is probably available but I couldn't find it when I did search in this forum and web searched.

    This is the Adventure quest that awards access.
    This is the Tradeskill quest that awards access.

    Thank you for providing those links - I'm now doing 1 of the last 2 quests in tradeskill line. It'll make it easier to do the rest of the quest.
