Grind rush orders till your 95. Run solo crafting quest line in Frostfang Sea, Butcherblock Mountains and Steamfont to get advanced books 10-39. Buy tokens for Maj'dul faction and raise yourself to kindly with 1 of the 3 factions. Visit faction house, buy ancient secrets and advanced books 50-59. Go to Withering Lands and complete the tradeskill questline there for 91 and 92 advanced books. Buy all other books from the broker. Additional quests can be done to obtain some of the cheaply, but any additional questing/factioning is really optional.
Any quests you plan on doing, I personally would do them before grinding writs to 95. My thoughts being if you are going to be doing them anyway, might as well get xp from them. Do writs between quests as you level up. Rush order writs are the faster way to go if you have a well stocked harvest depot available to you though for certain.
