Safe fall?

    I see this skill in my skills window, but no matter how many times I jump and take falling damage I never see it go up. How do I practice it, if not by falling?

    Mine is about 75ish and I just jump off stuff a lot, especially the griffon towers.

    mine dosent move and i spent about a hour of jumpin from the grif towers ... any clues

    Perhaps it just rises with levels? It might be it reduces the falling damage by a percentage based on its value.
