Rune of Celestial

    Update notes state that Rune of Celestial can now be purchased from Istar in COV. Is there criteria to buy? So, if main completed Epic 2.0, can any and all alts buy the rune?

    ITEMS
    • Istar the Mighty will now sell the Rune of the Celestial.
    • Rune of the Celestial is now no-value
    • Characters whom have obtained the Greater Ascended achievement will now be granted an account flag that allows them to purchase Celestial Ascension potions from Amarat the Procurer for all characters above level 100.
    But I would guess: You can buy it if you lost it; noting more

    Yes its designed to be a way to get it for your alts. However it was mentioned in discord that there was a requirement. though not sure what they ended up doing as of yet.

    Could buy it with a twink (only one faction ready) so requirement - if it exists - is not very high

    I picked it up on a toon with no epic 2.0, which I assumed would be a requirement. Might have been an oversight though. Said alt does have all PoP factions done though.
