My friends , how goes the hunting ? I returned to EQ2 last week after being away for over 18 months all new account & characters. I had previously played from launch so almost 4 yrs I guess ? Anyways amongst the new toons I have made I created an Ogre Defiler as I had never played one before ( Defiler that is ! ) just created yesterday, been concentrating on other toons 1st ,and I would like to know the general role of & direction a Defiler fills in game or can fill.a general idea on what AA tree to begin with as well. I have always played ( & still do ) fighter/scout toons but have had previous experienced Templar/Inquisitor but I can see that a Defiler is much differant than those 2. I also created a Temp on same server as Defiler - temp is Lvl 10 & Lvl 11 scholar & is 1 day older than Defiler ( but already have 1.5 plat ! Defiler is Lvl 10 & Lvl 10 armorer ( whatever its called at that Lvl , I'm still trying to rememmber things ) any advice ,hints & tips would greatly be appreciated as I'm looking forward to playing this Defiler. Thankyou once again. btw they are on the crushbone server.
