It's important to note that only expansions that are not free atm are Chains of Eternity & Tears of Veeshan & the 'adventure feature pack' that was once known as Age of Discovery. You get Chains with TOV purchase atm. The adventure feature pack is a separate purchase (but not needed for play really, though some features are convenient). However, in Nov, the new expansion releases & will include TOV for free & Chains of Eternity will join the rest of the expansions/content you get completely for free just for downloading and TOV will be bundled with the new expansion. It's also worth noting that there is nothing in COE or TOV that is required until you are 92 in crafting or adventuring levels unless you want the bonuses (like paintings, collector's edition items, expansion purchase exclusive mercenary, fluff armor/cloaks etc).
