Looks like you'll need to buy Chains of Eternity (it will give you Destiny of Velious) and Age of Discovery
Chains for L91-95 AOD for 20AA, reforging and mercs (and a few other things) Keep in mind AoD may be discounted soon once the novelty of Chains wears off, maybe coinciding with a holiday season.....

awesome guys, thanks for the advice. Im going to reroll, start fresh as It has literally been since kingdom of sky launch since I've played, and even then I havn't played hardcore since Deserts. Going to need to find an end game guild that will take in a returning vet starting fresh, while I intend to level very fast it may be a task finding a guild willing to take someone in without a geared char. Can you guys recommend an ideal server?
