Is there relic subclass-specific armour available for Beastlord? (The lvl 67 Kingdom of Sky stuff)
  2. ARCHIVED-The_Cheeseman Guest

Yes, there is, and it's really good. Though, currently the NPC is bugged and will not award the shoulder piece, even though the rest of the set works.

    Thanks for the info :)

Do you mean the clound mount class armor? If so, here's a picture :)

Ah, see, I'm not cool enough for raid armor ;)

I wish they would have actually made armor for bsts relic/cloud mount line. This is just repainted old crap that doesn't even match the helm. But whatever they'll never change it.

Note that the cloud mount set and the relic set do not share an appearance. The relic set looks like a green-tinted version of the monk relic armor.

You cannot turn in relic armor.
If you go down to turn it in, he does not give you the set pieces.
Also if you go down with the Chain relic molds he asks for the leather molds. But then if you go down with the Leather molds he asks for the chain.

Oh, I dunno. That hat's pretty cool.
I raid but I would gladly use it as an appearance piece.

First of all the npc is bugged he says 'leather' in his voice bubble dialogues, but will only accept Chain, and only the Boots, Legs, BP and helm, all the other pieces do not work even if you get every relic gem in the game.

Ive also spoken with the npc with every piece of relic leather and all the gems for all sets entirely, (they are cheap on broker so i figured why not)

    Didnt work.

Only chest legs boots and helm worked for me...

also they are attuneable and sellable on broker!

Weird. The NPC gave my beastlord every piece except the shoulders, and each one used the standard chain mold and scout gems.

Wiki says that an alt can get the armour, but he didn't give it to my alt and there was no option to select the subclass of armour you want.
The NPC won't talk to my 63 beastlord. I have Krombral language and chain relic leg mould and 3 flawless azurite are in inventory.

    Petitioned and got this reply:
"This is GM Ryrix. I'm sorry to hear that you're having some trouble getting your relic armor. I'm not quite sure what's going on here. I've gone ahead and forwarded this information along to our QA team for some further investigation. Right now the best thing to do is to keep an eye on the patch notes. Any changes will be posted there. If you have any other issues that you'd like us to look into for you then please don't hesitate to ask."

That's your problem, 63 is too low. He won't talk to you until you're 65+.

That did cross my mind. Nonetheless, there is no message to indicate the problem and all of the mobs down there are grey to me. If it is a level restriction then perhaps its time to remove it or at least let the player know what the problem is. I've no proof that 65 is the min level and I sure don't feel like trekking all the way down there every level to find out.

Perhaps the fact that the armor requires level 67 to equip is a clue?

Given the hassle it is getting to the infernal forge I would like a bit more of a clue. I could take a guess at every level and make the trip I suppose, that would be fun.

The mobs down there are grey at 63 which kind of suggested that I'm allowed to go there. The very least the NPC could do is say something like 'return when you are more experienced'. Or something.
