Refining ninjanerfed?

    Since the last patch, Refine now has a reuse timer of 1 hour. Intentional?

    There was a talent point shuffle with the goblin bug. You may need to respec and recommit.

    I respecced and it takes 1 hr recast with 5 pts in it. hopefully this wasnt intentional

    My refining works fine with instant recast with 5 pts. Have you tried swapping to a different spec and then back to he newly respeced one?

    It's working on the "pre respect timer" for refining. If you wait it out, it will then move over to the no delay timer.

    Silly, I know, but that's the way they have it set up.
