After the restart/patch today, logged in to my main character and found that the resolve was down, after further inspection, it was determined that both the familiar and mount buffs had been removed. Replaced these buffs in correct order with no change to my resolve. Gear and everything else looks good and in place. Please forgive my ignorance and wasting your time everyone. I was finally able to find the cause of the problem. My Bad
