The fragmented focus wand of the fallen has an icon that is a focus swirly type icon. If you can wield it the icon is dark green, which is visible on black, but not very visible. If you can't wield it, the icon becomes slightly-redish black on black, which is nearly impossible to see. Empty bag slots are slightly lighter than black in the center of the bag slot, but with this item in the bag slot that lightness disappears and the slot is pretty much totally black. I've had several of these drop from whatever it is in Everfrost that drops it, and I keep finding them in odd places because I've moved something on top of that bag slot thinking it was empty. Would like to request that this icon (for every item that might use it) be replaced by one of the other focus icons, or add some white highlights or something.
