On my ranger I used honed reflex and focus aim (which gives me a ton of haste) and I noticed there was no change on my auto attack bar. Tested it with crappy bow and no gear...In character window it shows ranged delay go from 7 to 3.7 but auto attack bar doesn't move any faster...not even a little ...Usually it would move super fast after using those 2 skills. Can I get someone to confirm this please?
