The weather in the game is semi-random-- I actually can't say if there even is anything resembling weather patterns in this game. With the exception of zones where it just doesn't rain, it seems to be random.

Banking in South Freeport is frequently accompanied by a thunderstorm. It rains briefly every few minutes around Karnor's Castle in Kylong Plains. Anywhere else seems to be considerably more randomised.

maybe bring the weather from Vanguard over to this game?
  9. Cusashorn Well-Known Member

Oh that's right, I forgot that Karnors Castle is forever raining due to local effects on that part of the zone.

When it rains in Qeynos, it can pour so much, you cannot see across the street. Mostly though it just rains from time to time.

Thanks for all the feedback ppl. I started recording and waiting in Qeynos for about five hours - no rain. Then I take a break and come back 15 minutes later after stopping the recording - suddenly it's raining, lol.

Anyway, went with the easiest one first:

Will try to film the other locations. I really think more regions should have randomized rain and thunderstorms that happen every now and then (not too often ofc).
