I had an ineresting bug few days ago. My SG raid zone reset timer was one hour less, then for other people in the raid. The real problem started when the whole raid, but me, were able to reset the zone. They still had 15 minutes left, while "my" zone was disappeared from the list 45 minutes ago.
Beyoncia, I'd recommend submitting in a support ticket to the GM's to see if they can replicate this. In the meantime, I'd check to make sure the computer time is set correctly.
