   If anyone has a question with regards to PVP, why not ask it here and solve common misconceptions.
   
   To start, I was wondering if anyone had noticed a difference when speccing for strikethrough in PVP. I don't think I'm seeing a change at all...

   There is a change but its a small one, and you need to go high on ST to even see that small change..

   The current cap is 65% in PVP which is equal to 100% PVE strikethrough.
