Pulling Mobs with Heals?!?!?

    I have been away from the game for about a year or so. On coming back my Pally seems to be pulling mobs, even non-aggro mobs, with heals. I can't nail down which one is doing it either, but they all seem to be acting like an AOE spell on occasion. What has changed to make that happen?

    It's not the heals per se, it's the proc from your ring.
