Priest Bucklers: No Block chance... again

    Once again, an new set of gear comes out and they leave the block chance off the priest bucklers.
    Clerics' shield ally AA presupposed that they've got gear with block chance on it. Any chance this could get fixed... again?

    Bugs like this keep reoccurring because generated loot and the generator never gets fixed
