Precision of the Maestro proc

    Does Precision of the Maestro proc off Inferno Surge's damage, and the additional damage Frigid Gift gives each spell?

    It procs off of direct cast spells. Surge and FG are procs just like PoM. So, you can cast a spell and have FG and PoM proc off that one cast, but you won't get 2 procs of PoM (one from spell, one from FG proc).

    A proc can not trigger a proc.
