You can now do the quest over and over not just once a day. with a pay out of 46 gold (old was 70+) and a 2 min round trip it makes me think its bugged.
All of the DoV factions quests are infinitely repeatable as many times per day as you wish, now. The change happened when Heroic Characters went live.
