Popup Skeleton Neriak?

    I was just walking through Neriak when this skeleton flew up at the screen and hovered in the lower half of my view menacingly, I had no sound on so I have no idea if it was supposed to be a sort of screamer. I have tried googling this and nothing shows up. Has anyone else heard or encountered this before?
