I recently re acquired my Ever Quest 2 account after a 2 year hiatus. I'm having a problem making purchases, specifically buying station cash. It's asking me for a Parental Password and I don't ever recall making one of those and I don't see any option to reset it. Can someone please help me figure this out? I'd like to get station cash and make my bill recurring. Thank you in advanced
Submit a ticket, call in or use live chat support. I had the same thing happen to me on a second account earlier this year and after confirming some information to ensure I was the account holder, they removed the parental password.
