Closed / Unconfirmed Planar Level 10 Achievement not awarded

I reached Planar Level 10 on my secondary slot item, but did not receive the Achievement for Planar Level 10. It was my understanding that once any slot weapon hit Planar Level 10, you would receive the achievement for reaching PL 10.
