I have been charged twice tonight for two separate 1-month memberships, and the expansion with a level 100 heroic character boost on my card. Haven't received anything and neither of the membership show on my account. I also never received a confirmation email for the payments, yet the money isn't in my account anymore...
No not yet, but the money has already been taken from my account, do you think that the reason i haven't received them is because they are pending? Still wouldn't make sense to me though as to why I received the in-game gifts through the Mail. Was the basic gift from the one month subscriptions. I received it twice as my account was charged twice.
If you mean Krono's, they usually take 24 hours for them to show up on my account. I have no clue why, wasn't always like that. Back when they first started selling Kronos they showed up right away. As for the expansion, that should be immediate.
