I recently updated to Catalina on my MAC and to Parallels 15. Since then all water areas have lines running through them and constant movement in crazy patterns. Anyone have this problem?

When did you last update your video drivers?

you can boldly throw turkish tomato (it's rubber and will rebound) at apple - this is exactly at their address. If previous advice didn’t help, then these variants:
    1. use wine for mac. but wine won't work on macos catalina 10.15 (official winehq packages of the development and stable branches are available for macos 10.8 to 10.14)
    2. use another vm virtualbox VMware Fusion (or oracle vm virtualbox?), because 3d graphics engine of this other vm can work better (VMware Fusion devs wrote that they “improved” it, but for 10.14 "mojave")
    3. roll back to 10.14 "mojave", because there was no this and other problems (you archived previous version of os to restore it, right?)
    4. disable hardware acceleration for video card (in driver settings interface?) - it's perhaps and mayhap a defect in new os, in the part responsible for this functionality. but then, unfortunately, you have to be content with more modest graphics quality in eqii
    5. write to apple tech support and wait for them to fix it (this is perhaps several months when calls on this issue will exceed critical mass of complaints), because this problem isn't only when using parallels (https://discussions.apple.com/thread/251248169)
    6. use linux (of course with proprietary video driver) on mac computer, because many new (and not so) linux systems work more stable on mac (not inferior in convenience and safety), than the new Mac os, than the "native", but very "raw" new os. the fact that the new mac os has quite a few flaws and bugs was reported by many, including devs for mac
    7. in game - move sliders of settings to left (weaken the quality), of settings that depend on graphics acceleration option, until unwanted effect ceases to appear (geometry density?, then max fps?, and lower in list of settings?). it can be long and tiring - to line up optimal values when unwanted effects cease to appear.. it’s not entirely clear, however, which of these settings are independent of graphics acceleration .. so write to apple
