Like the title says, the Damage Reduction aspect of Faith does not work in Offensive Stance. Its not a stoneskin, it's a damage reduction and should work while Wrath Stance is active.
I'm wondering if this is because they are considering 100% damage reduction to be a 100% avoidance ability. I do find it funny that it will still cast for the measly damage proc though.
