    Does reset rune reset this ability? Would be nice to have permanent 40% dr.

    The priest ethereal only resets the default heals. Not random benificals, not AA, not special heals... Given the duration/reset combo of heals for druids, the ONLY heals it could possibly 'help' with would be your emergency single target and emergency group HoT.
