I get your point, and I don't disagree that there should be some middle ground, but I'm just reiterating the view that has been repeatedly provided when asked about this.
I have been All Access and purchased every expansion. Why am I seeing this overseer error message every time I zone in Ballads?
The red text about a quest failing to be added is due to how they put in the fix for the PE/CE quest not claiming properly at launch, it automatically attempts to add it every time you zone - but doesn't check if you have it beforehand. So it fails to add the quest and tells you the quest could not be added,
As Taled said, plus it makes me chuckle I have been doing it and getting the rewards from it since they fixed it and to see that it 'failed' gives me teeny little chuckle, 900 times if I have to zone a lot.
