Overseer Changes on Test - 2/6/20

    As Kander mentioned in his note, the following changes to Overseer will be hitting the Test Server this evening.

    1. All Overseer adventures accumulated by an account will now be available to choose from daily
    2. Overseer quests are now color-coded by rarity (and can be filtered based on rarity)
    3. Added the daily reset time “Midnight PT” to the daily adventure counter for clarification
