I really hope that when these are released in August on their waves that the priest one has changed...all other classes get a standing 15 fervor increase and priests get 8?? we get an increase on a healing spell to increase based off our tier of spell, which may bring us up to 15, however we can't DPS or Debuff without losing that PROC..and if I'm reading it correctly it doesn't affect priests?? Could we get some clarity on this?
