I recently purchased some of those overclocked devices, nice work by the way. You just need to cure that vibration issue. I digress, the pickaxe gives +20 to skill, the shears only +10 why is this, and are efforts underway to introduce a standard?
The shears give less because they give 10 each to both foresting and gathering. The pick only affects mining. You get less benefit because you get to use it on two diffrent skill checks.
