List of gear that procs on successful landing of spells. Names, partial names, quest names, location of drop, any half asked explanation of what youre talking about is ok I'll do the rest of the research but I want to make a suit of gear that procs everytime i cast, and preferably multiple times. Doesnt have to be of a certain quality, just anything please. Thanks in advance. First of...you will never find a full set of gear with dmg-procs...and you won't find items that proc off of every spell you cast, as those items are based on a proc-percentage. IIRC theres an adornment for neck item that procs off 32 (or something like that) heat damage on EVERY successful hostile spell.

True, but it follows that with further stating that "if a melee attack is used, only the primary weapon" will proc it. Thus implying that it will also trigger off spells. I need to get an ACT parse to see if it is really procing or not. I usually stick with the BCG.
Logic has no place in this game, especially in item effects. "On a successful attack" means a melee or ranged attack. "Blah Blah only the primary weapon" means that the proc can only trigger when the primary weapon hits, even if the effect is actually on a secondary weapon. "Hostile spell" means any kind of spell, be it nuke, debuff, mez, stun, whatever. "Spell attack" means a nuke, it has to be a damage type thing.
I've got the belt. It does proc for us on spells. Unfortunately, it does NOT effect epic targets, so its just about useless for a raiding warlock. It does, however, own in pvp.
It gets even funnier when you apply the Inquistor proc buff, which procs off Melee, Ranged, and Spells. And all it says is "Sucessfull Attack."
Yes, it does indeed proc on spells. Tested. lol, come on Korpo. Give me a little credit for knowing my own items. :smileywink: Although you are right that descriptions don't always make sense in regards to actual effects. Well, I'm a newb and didnt know "on a successful attack" included spells. It obviously should but obvious things arent always so in EQ2. We could probably expand this list to anything that procs when you cast a spell no matter the description if not already.
Anyone have any advice on where the Maniacal Savant spawns in Forsaken City for Fidgeting Hands of the Savant?
