Talking to an NPC today I noticed their voices sound like they have some sort of phaser distortion on them that seems to pan left and right. I also just noticed that my characters voice emotes and combat voice sounds are also affected. Only character voices seem to be affected. Spell sounds and music are normal. would love some help, its a pretty strange error.
I'm sorry I spent more time changing settings in-game and have changed my sound provider and speaker types, this has solved my issue. If anyone else has this issue hopefully this would fix it.
