Noxious Mitigation, What is it?

    I've have a spell that lowers Noxious Mitigation, but I don't seem to have spells that are "noxious" based. What is Noxious Mitigation exactly? Is casting the debuff worth the trouble?

    Noxious = Poison (e.g. Dark Distortion)

    If that's true, why didn't they simply call it Poison Mitigation?

    Because it should be quite obvious that "noxious" mitigation refers to Poison resistance as those words are synonymous.

    i believe noxious refers to both disease and poison...like elemental refers to both ice and fire

    Ah ha! Now that makes sense! I believe that much more than they simply interchanged poison with noxious for no apparent reason other than synonyms. Five * to you sir!
