I'm having a problem starting the NotD quest: "Petrified Pumpkin Pies" from Ponchy Shorttoe. When I hail him he just says: 'I really didn't mean to hurt anyone' and won't give me the quest. Don't remember having issues in past years. Anyone have an idea what the problem might be? Thanks!
There's a gigglegibber goblin standing near him.. hail him.. if that doesn't work, look in your completed quest journal, in the Antonica section.. you'll have to double click on each of the quests from Ponchy, to get them to "reset". I've had to do that on a fair amount of my chrs, as I ran the quest way back in like 2016 or so, and then each year since, so there were 2 versions of each.
Thanks. Yes you were correct. The issue seemed to be I had duplicate quests in the journal. I deleted the extra ones and was able to get the quest. I never had this happen before. It seems to be a known issue that they haven't fixed for some reason. Thanks again for the help!
