New character on Rivervale got none of the usual in-game mail despite various efforts to trigger it. I assume these problems relate to the voice chat maintenance and *hope* after it is over they will disappear.
Yeah, problem is they post the maintenance note and it gets replaced by the latest message on Jen Chan's post. While that's nice, IMHO, server outages or maintenance notes should always have priority and stay pinned to top so people can see them and not be replaced in News channel by latest post to another piece of news that's two weeks old. Keep those server outages/maintenance notes, etc that actively impact the game at the top of the list. People who missed the VC server maintenance (and I was one of them) might be posting less if that actually knew what was going on. Maybe not, but there's hope, haha.
