I got into one battlegrounds this morning, before they locked them. I know things are sort of bugged atm, but I noticed I could not lifeburn a player. If this is intended then are conjs Elemental blast not allowed either? Just curious because I know I read some things about people talking about it on a PVP aspect. Didn't say if it was Duels, pvp server, or battleground.
You can lifeburn in the bg, just you need to hit that player with something first because you must be hated by your opponent before you can do it. There is also some weird bug thats all over PvP servers and BG too and that gets you out of combat extremely fast... So if you hit them with something and then wait for 2 sec you will not be hated again and can't lifeburn again.
