No City Festival on Unrest today

    Can we get someone to turn the City Festival back on for the Unrest server, please. Several of us are not seeing it.

    I have no idea why Unrest, and only Unrest, is getting the event dropped. I've reactivated it, and extended the event, so it should now last through 5/9 for Unrest.
