It's called Rooted Nomads, and it'll be on Crushbone and operating by PST time, though all hours are fair game. We've got a guaranteed 2 accounts' worth of folks that want to be a part of it, but we need more! No obligation, you don't have to stay in once you help us sign up, and we'll make it worth your while. One day, we'll have a guild hall in Gorowyn, but until then, we'll just keep dreaming. If you want to stay, be warned, we probably won't do any raiding much at all unless we get at least 6 people that would be willing to form their own raid group, and we will probably focus more on crafting. This won't be a "raid guild," basically, but if you want to, we won't stop you. If you have craft stations once we hit 30 and would like to park them in the Hall then, that would be great!
