So I've been dong the Qeynos Timeline to get the Agent of Qeynos achievement and have gotten as far as finishing On the Run. The next step, according to the walkthrough, is The Eagle and the Hawke where you apparently talk to Murrar Shar after talking to Rinna in the Down Below. However, Rinna just completed the quest and clammed up, and Murrar isn't being very cooperative either. He has no quest feather above his head and when I hail him, he just tells me to go talk to the guy I have already done the questline for. Any suggestions what I might be missing?
