Need clarification on mythical epic buff

    I keep hearing different answers to this question so looking for some clarification. Does the epic buff only affect level 81 to 90 spells or any healing spell? Thanks in advance.

    It does affect lower tier spells. I still use my lvl 1 and 3 spells for pwr regen.

    yes it triggers power from low level spells it's safe to complete the questline :)
