necromancer shadow odyssey AA called MACABRE that reduces deathy pallor spell (necro feign death) isnt fully applying. happens everytime. it will only reduce the recast to 2 min and 30 sec which only takes 2 points to get. putting more than 2 points does not further reduce the recast as it should.
