Just curious seeing how lvl 95 is the cap now. Is the mythic weapon even worth getting now? This question is really for any class not just fighter classes.
You need to do at least the heroic version so you can unlock the quest to get your mythical weapon in the form of a buff. Every class should get it.
It's one of those "must have" things in this game. It's not THAT bad. Just suck it up and knock it out. : )
If you're one of the classes that solos exceptionally well, you may be able to literally just solo original raids for your myth weapon, assuming scripts don't get in the way. I think I've heard of some people doing this just because, though obviously it's more time consuming. Pretty sure anyone who can solo those raids could solo the group zones for the Enervated too, so it's pointless except for fun/nostalgia.
