Mystical Hex Ward scaling issues

Mystical Hex Ward II level 130 at ancient increases the effectiveness of bolster by 55.
Mystical Hex Ward level 125 at celestial increases the effectiveness of bolster by 60.

As the increased ward amount between the 125 and the 130 spell is irrelevant, it is actually a downgrade using the 130 spell at ancient over the last tier celestial.

This cant be right? If it is indeed wanted, please make the celestial spell more available from the in game content.

    Thanks!

The portion of the spell that upgrades is the ward.

You seem to miss the point..
If you had the celestial version of the first version, then the 130 spell is a downgrade - unless you have it at the celestial tier of course. You can keep using the 125 spell, but the low level pet running around freaks me out!

Besides, I don't think it would be intended that the 130 spell at at least grandmaster/ancient should be worse than the previous tier at celestial?

Also, the effectiveness of bolster it brings should probably be scaled upwards either way. Eventually it will be such a little of a boost to bolster, that it is not worth casting. Kind of the same pattern that we've already seen with every other spell. Stuff don't scale up properly with level increases and becomes so weak that the spells/abilities become worthless.
