As the title suggests: Move the cloud mount armor set bonus onto the raid relic gear. This change would preserve the gear hunt for non-raiders (instead of more than half the slots coming from a single solo quest line), as well as create much needed distance between the raid gear and solo/heroic gear. Currently, relic is a marginal upgrade (or not an upgrade at all) versus the cloud mount gear, depending on your class. If the quest line doesn't feel punchy enough, put heroic mount stats on the cloud mount (which it should have anyway.)
