My research was complete on Hankuh the Traveller. Could click the claim button. Nada. Logged out. Came back. Now all mounts are grayed out. No claim option. Oh Joy!
Did you check your mount window to see if Hahkuh, the Traveler was added to your mounts? Did you get any type of message in your chat? Did your status and coin go down by the amount that the research would have cost? Also, your character name and server would help the devs in tracking down your issue, along with an approximate date and time that this happened.
No, wasn't added. No message. Filed a bug report so I guess I can be located from that. Just couldn't claim the mount. Thank you for your reply. Sorry I was afk all day, hence the late reply.
Bug reports do not get a response. You'll need to file a petition instead if you're needing further assistance.
