Better to ask in General chat on the server. MD has a couple of raid coalitions, there are some raid guilds that do a two-night-per-week schedule, some raids that operate late night/Pacific time, etc. You can also look at the raid progression list for Maj'Dul and see who is where. You need to consider what days you have free to raid, and what times. Then consider the group and carefully review their rules, particularly loot rules. It's my experience that people are most likely to get butt-hurt when the general culture and/or the loot rules aren't a good match for them, so it's best to find a group that you like and that is a good fit.
Well, "casual" means different things to different people. There ARE casual raid guilds. But again, watch General chat, several guilds will spam recruitment messages throughout the day. You can also press U and get hte guild window, which will help you locate guilds that are recruiting.
