Working on the deity quests for Tunare. The third quest in the series, "Imperiled Druid Ring", has mobs that are supposed to scale to level. My channeler is level 110, and it appears that these are not scaling beyond maybe level 70.
Also, while I easily found Sage of Growth and Basil of Growth, the bush for Rosemary of Growth isn't showing up. I tried zoning out, then back in, that did not help. I deleted the quest, got it again and came back. This time, I have killed all the scaling Hatemongers, but now the Innorruuk statues aren't spawning, again blocking progression of the quest. The first is the southern one, around (-2454, 18, 35), but it's not visible. Zoned out. Camped to desktop, validated files, zoned back in. No improvement.
